Every day in the morning we can see the points of Karachi University, fully loaded with young boys and girls having fresh and smiling faces, chattering around and moving towards the university…
This was a glance at the students outside the university but as one enters inside one can feel, a new life here that is, full of hopes, joy, spirit, enthusiasm and eagerness to do something new. Either one enters from main Silver Jubilee gate, the Maskan, Sheikh Zayed or the scheme 33 gate, one can see a large number of pupil wandering or sitting here and there. There are girls wearing colorful clothes in accordance with the weather and fashion. Many of them are wearing Abayas and head scarves to give them a decent, sophisticated look. Boys are commonly in western dressing with the exception of few, who opt for kurta shalwaar.
Well, it’s amazing as the students although having a hectic schedule, feel the beauty of spring time by looking at a variety of colors and designs everywhere.
These nicely dressed students are not only smart in their dressing but in academics too. Out of these thousands of students only few opt to stay idle and come here to enjoy themselves but a large number of students are serious in studies. The seriousness can be judged by talking to them about their future plans and ideas about the country. These people are really talented with exception of few.
Oh yes! One more interesting thing about the students is their love for food, they are fond of eating. The canteens here will show you the scene as they are never left in silence or empty by the students except for the Holy month of Ramadan.
So, from the start of the day till it ends thousands of students can be seen here who try their best to show that they belong to Karachi University through their acts, thoughtful ideas and dressing patterns as well.

ReplyDeleteLets have another look,
ReplyDeleteThe gates of the university look like some 'mazaar', decorated with colorful political flags. As you enter, you'll read party slogans at every wall. Meet a few students, say salaam but they wont reply as they have 'supaari' and 'maava'. Enter the classrooms, you'll see Aafia stickers on white boards....
Whatever it is, i love my KU.

good to see your effort sarah but title kuinfocus caught my eyes. if you dont mind there is one suggestion. when you use name of kuinfocus a person of such a great caliber then a person sets high hopes or kind of expectations even before reading your blog. but when the readers finishes your blog then its kinda disappointment its like going down the hill. it clearly shows that you are biggner, i dont mean to discourage you, in the begning everyone is like that but what i appericate is that you have the courage and strike that your writting style is intresting and inshallah with time you will improve alot and get there one day where you want to be. but it will be better if you use some other name or your own name rather than kuinfocus on the top of the blog.
ReplyDeletekeep it up and i hope in future i will get to read you more.
Best Regards.
