Why with evening students?

Entering in university is a good experience ..but it is just a quote,in reality this question has to be asked for evening students that is it true ?

one thing in answer ill be common.which is that, they would definitely say thats not true. In my opinion its true in that way that there is shortage of facilities

for evening students. there are no security system to give some sort of safety and protection .there are number of guards and forces who does checking in morning on

every gate of k.u.as compare to evening who has two to three guards but only work as a dumy .another most important facility which evening students do not have

is the parking area .for some odd reasons there are small areas as compare to morning students .some other major facility is lab facility .like in mass communication 

department the students of evening cannot use their department because the lab would only open for morning students ..

except this there are some more shortage of facilities... in my view the administration has to do something which is equal for both morning and evening students both.
